the retreat was a rebirth, yes we did what the spirit lead us to do and we feel great :)
ok tired, but full of the spirit:) we had 13 kids show up out of 15 and yes it was a holiday weekend and yes it was not mandatory, they are now the peer ministry team,
God is Good all the time:)
the journey has begun and we are off and running,
God allows you to pick up the bible and reinvent the plan
amen:)


Never quit

I am blessed to have been in the sunshine all weekend:)

now I am finally sitting for the first time in a few days, but it is in a biology class for the next 4 hours, yes you read right,
I pray that I do not fall asleep, or worst get caught blogging:)

I hope to have photos for the next blog and stories to tell, but for now enjoy the sunshine and feel the warmth of God

The day is here

Do you ever feel as if the day arrives and you have already spend it? the feeling of too much to do and not enough hours, well that seems the case the last few days for me, but one thing is certain, I have love the weather and the sunsets, I am blessed to have the opportunity to slow down enough in my tracks to enjoy the blessings:)

if you ever feel defeated, take a step back and smile, because when you do you can dream, and when you dream many things are possible:) I thank God for giving me a swift kick and allowing me the opportunity to start over and moving forward :)

You can choose to be happy or you can choose to be miserable. Which would you rather be?
You can choose to make productive and purposeful use of the moments in this day. Or you can choose to let the time slip away and be left with nothing but regret.

Life is what you decide you are going to make of it. What have you decided to make of the possibility-filled moment that is right now?

You can complain that it's all so very unfair, but all that will accomplish is to bring you down even more. Or, you can fully accept life as it is and then experience the genuine satisfaction of making your way forward in spite of the obstacles.
