Today my prayer consisted in simply going to my heart and re-membering all the folks I've stored there. It is not cold storage. It is a quite warm and tender place.

make a difference today:)
I really enjoy time with Ralph
Feel like it
Those mornings when you're reluctant to get out of bed are the very days when you'll gain the most by going ahead, getting up and getting started. The challenges you've been avoiding are the very ones that will compel you to make the most progress.
Step eagerly forward and do the hard stuff. Jump in and tackle the difficult challenges.
Life is about making a difference. The bigger the challenge is, the more of a positive difference you can make.
Don't focus on the discomfort you may have to endure. Instead, go ahead and feel the extreme sense of satisfaction and accomplishment that come from moving forward and doing what must be done.
Instead of forever regretting the missed opportunities, wake up and seize those opportunities. Make full and productive use of the priceless moment that is right here in front of you.
If you don't feel like it, choose to make yourself feel like it. By the time the day is done, you'll truly be glad you did.

I have used this before, but it is always uplifting:)

keep working for the future:)
ELAINE MAXWELL:
My will shall shape the future. Whether I fail or succeed shall be no man's doing but my own. I am the force; I can clear any obstacle before me or I can be lost in the maze. My choice; my responsibility; win or lose, only I hold the key to my destiny.
ELBERT HUBBARD:
The man who is anybody and who does anything is surely going to be criticized, vilified, and misunderstood. This is part of the penalty for greatness, and evey man understands, too, that it is no proof of greatness.

Keep smiling and keep on keeping one:)
Keep building
If it were quick and easy you would have already done it. The fact that it is difficult and time-consuming means you're doing something truly worthwhile.
The value of any achievement is built with the time and effort you put into it. Keep going, keep building, keep at it and you'll truly have something of great value.
It is often difficult to stay positively focused. And it is always worth the trouble.
Sure, it would be much easier to do nothing. Yet by doing nothing, you create nothing.
Instead, step forward and do the difficult work that must be done. With each effort, you are adding more value and substance to the achievement.
Feel the satisfaction as you continue the difficult and rewarding work of building that achievement. Know that the value has already started coming to life.

move forward and smile
Standard of living
Your standard of living has very little to do with how much money you make or how many possessions you have. It depends primarily on the way you choose to live your life in each moment.
Your standard of living is not decided by where you came from. It is determined by where you choose to go.
You don't need anyone's permission or assistance to raise your standard of living. You simply must decide to make the very best of who you are and what you have.
Do you wish to live a magnificent life that's overflowing with joy and fulfillment? You can most certainly do that, right here and now, by choosing your attitude, your perceptions, your thoughts and your actions.
Raise your standard of living in every moment by doing something to make your world a more beautiful place. Achieve the very highest standard of living by faithfully following the purpose that lives at your core.
There is always something you can do to improve the quality of your life. Continually seize those opportunities for improvement, and enjoy a rich, rewarding standard of living all the time.

live each day with purpose:)

KALIDASA:
Listen to the Exhortation of the Dawn!
Look to this Day!
For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
In its brief course lie all the
Verities and Realities of your Existence.
The Bliss of Growth,
The Glory of Action,
The Splendor of Beauty;
For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And To-morrow is only a Vision;
But To-day well lived makes
Every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
And every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day!
Such is the Salutation of the Dawn!
today we say see you later to baby boy 3 while he is away we pray for a life well lived and for his purpose to be lived to its fullest. our soldier is on his way to greatness , we will miss his smile, but we know that in a few months we will enjoy his laughter at least on the phone, so the first few months are the hardest:) we at least get to keep his bride and baby close by and get to love and hug them gladly:) pray for his health, his leadership and most of all for his safe journey:)

keep a smile on your face :)
life is full of surprises , but sometimes you don't enjoy them, remember to receive them all the same because eventually all surprises are the same, they bring change and personal growth:)

2009 the year of me:)
Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still
Chinese proverb -
2009 the year of me, well that sounds so arrogant, but in reality it is the most thoughtful thing we could do for ourselves. if we neglect ourselves we cannot take care of others, so I continue in this quest of internal and external blessings, the quest is on. but of course it will not consume me focus external and the internal will blossom:) keep the faith:)

who is knocking today for you;)
Opportunity is everywhere
There's no need to spend a lot of time looking for opportunity. It is everywhere, and every day more opportunities are being created.
There is always work to be done. There is always value to be created.
Instead of waiting for a new opportunity or searching for the perfect opportunity, go ahead and get to work. Make the most of some of the opportunities that are already here and now.
There is great value that can be created on this very day. There are problems that can be solved, processes that can be improved upon, and endless ways to be purposefully creative.
Opportunities are worthless unless they are acted upon. Choose to take the actions that will turn the best opportunities into real and lasting achievements.
Opportunity is everywhere, already, right now. Step forward and put it to work.
-- Ralph Marston

:
A mouse looked through the crack
in the wall to see the farmer
and his wife open a package.
What food might this contain?'
the mouse wondered - - -
he was devastated to discover
it was a mousetrap.
Retreating to the farmyard,
the mouse proclaimed the warning :
There is a mousetrap in the house!
There is a mousetrap in the house!'
The chicken clucked and scratched,
raised her head and said,
'Mr.Mouse, I can tell this is a grave
concern to you, but it is of no consequence
to me. I cannot be bothered by it.'
The mouse turned to the pig and told him,
'There is a mousetrap in the house!
There is a mousetrap in the house!'
The pig sympathized, but said,
'I am so very sorry, Mr.Mouse,
but there is nothing I can do about it
but pray. Be assured you are in my prayers.'
The mouse turned to the cow and said,
'There is a mousetrap in the house!
There is a mousetrap in the house!'
The cow said, 'Wow, Mr. Mouse.
I'm sorry for you,
but it's no skin off my nose.'
So, the mouse returned to the house,
head down and dejected,
to face the farmer's mousetrap . . . alone.
That very night a sound was heard
throughout the house -- like the sound
of a mousetrap catching its prey.
The farmer's wife rushed to see what was caught.
In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught.
The snake bit the farmer's wife.
The farmer rushed her to the hospital,
and she returned home with a fever.
Everyone knows you treat a fever
with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer
took his hatchet to the farmyard
for the soup's main ingredient.
But his wife's sickness continued,
so friends and neighbors came to sit
with her around the clock.
To feed them,
the farmer butchered the pig.
The farmer's wife did not get well;
she died.
So many people came for her funeral,
the farmer had the cow slaughtered to
provide enough meat for all of them.
The mouse looked upon it all from his
crack in the wall with great sadness.
So, the next time you hear someone is
facing a problem and think it doesn't
concern you, remember ----
when one of us is threatened,
we are all at risk.
We are all involved in this
journey called life.
We must keep an eye out for
one another and make an extra effort
to encourage one another.
REMEMBER. . . . . .
EACH OF US IS A VITAL THREAD IN ANOTHER PERSON'S TAPESTRY;
OUR LIVES ARE WOVEN TOGETHER
FOR A REASON.
One of the best things to hold onto
in this world is a FRIEND.
