today I am sharing a repeat poem, yes, I love it and I need to remind myself of how many great things it saids:)
today I was blessed to watch children at prayer:) and it was my smile moment:)
Let Your Light Shine
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, which most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented, and fabulous?"
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that
other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And, as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

You have inspired me to attempt a blog of my own...of course, my 1st attempt at posting was going so well--until-- I went to delete a small part of it an deleted the whole thing...I was too tired to re-create it...I'll try again perhaps tomorrow. Sharon
This is my favorite poem of all I keep a copy on my desk and on the fridge - inspiration! Love the book it comes from too she is a fabulous writer -
