start right now
the journey sometimes seems longer than it should be, and I believe that when you are reaching your goal you begin to encounter some stumbling stones. just an emotional roller coaster. you must continue to use your self talk and know deep down inside that the prize is just around the corner, a Monday thought, keep on smiling and remember to enjoy the journey, since this is the story you will tell.

I can see that you will be that voice in my head and my reminder daily to just take things one day at a time, but to keep moving. I had such a hard time getting to write yesterday, but did push forward...It is going to be a fight- day to day. It takes so much energy and I've never been about being active.
Use me as your testing cushion, if you will. You are a natural counselor...speaking of that...I made appointments with my referrals. I'll keep you posted. :)
