Son # 2 gets award:)

He did not go to the award evening, he felt he needed to go to work and make some cash since in less than two weeks he will graduate:) little did he know that this award was at hand:)
Congrats to the star:) ok he is part of the ensemble, but it is a start:)





Last night, The Helen Hayes Awards, Washington theatre’s most glamorous evening, was presented before a sold-out audience at the Warner Theatre.

Synetic Theatre’s production of Macbeth was the evening’s most honored play, winning five of the companies’ six awards, including Outstanding Resident Play, Director (Paata Tsikurishvili), Choreographer (Irina Tsikurishvili) and Ensemble.

Written by William Shakespeare. Adapted by Nathan Weinberger and Paata Tsikurishvili. Directed by Paata Tsikurishvili. Choreography by Irina Tsikurishvili. Original Music composed by Konstantine Lorkipanidze. Design: Anastasia Ryurikov Simes (set, costumes, properties) Colin K Bills (lights) Irakli Kavsadze and Paata Tsikurishvili (sound) Stan Barouh (photography).
